Rootastes’ Chefs’ Curated Recipes
We’re heading south of the border this week!
Our first recipe is a unique take on pollock. If you’ve never tried the fish before, now’s your chance! The Roasted Rosemary Wild Atlantic Salmon is crispy, crunchy, juicy, and well-seasoned! The recipe contains Panko seasoning, Italian seasoning, curry powder, and more.
Along with a Mexican take on surf, our chefs developed two turf recipes equally worth trying. Fresh Garden Beef All Souls Tortilla Nachos calls for seven herbs and spices for the taco seasoning along with sweet corn, crunchy bell peppers, juicy cherry tomatoes, and beef for the nachos.
Start your morning with Halfway Home Huevos Rancheros, a traditional Mexican dish with sunny side up eggs, ground beef, vegetables, and potatoes served with salsa. You can make it without the beef for a vegetarian meal as well.
Enjoy take out at home! This Orange Glazed Chicken is simple to make yet equally tasty to its crispy counterpart. It also gains points in the health department as the chicken is baked instead of fried.
Serve alongside Oven Roasted Garlic Cabbage for the crunch and added garlic flavor. Because cabbage tastes delicious even beyond slaw.
