Pete Johnson grew up gardening. You could often find him making elaborate plans for mechanical cultivators- at the age of 6, no less- and smelling the soil. At 9 he was vested in a successful pumpkin business and three years later relocated from the state of Washington to Vermont with his family.
Founder Samira grew up sharing homemade Lebanese food with her family in Beirut, Lebanon. She preferred it when her mother went out so she could cook for her siblings!
